He is ever successful in the world, wherever this (cow) will go; and pure and purifying is that place where this clean one will stand. Where, having given and drunk, vessels full of the cow's milk by the thousands are distributed to kinsmen in shares. In all her joints are the Sādhyas, the moon and sun are her eyes; in her hump are all the kṣatras, in her tail dharma is lodged. There he saw women of many kinds, fair-eyed; some women were adorning (themselves), and some had gone to play in the water.
