"And she is the giver of good in the world, held to be the destroyer of karma; Kāśī, the revealer of liberation, the giver of knowledge, is very dear to me. Even in a hundred years I am not able to tell the whole greatness of Kāśī; therefore I speak of it according to my capacity."
