Meanwhile, O sage, the goddess Śivā, together with her two sons, came there where Hara was, surrounded by the gods. Then Nandin, along with the six-faced one and together with the daughter of the mountain-king, Śambhu, graceful in play, entered the dwelling, saluted by all the gods. Others, greatly astonished, (asked) "Why has this obstacle arisen?" The gods, endowed with steadiness, repeatedly uttering "Śiva!", having then made the count a crore, remained (thus), O best of sages. This mantra is greatly meritorious, auspicious, productive of my favour; it grants enjoyment and liberation, gives all desires, and brings the state of Śiva.
