SV 2 3101.1

प्र त आश्विनीः पवमान धेनवो दिव्या असृग्रन्पयसा धरीमणि । प्रान्तरिक्षात्स्थाविरीस्ते असृक्षत ये त्वा मृजन्त्यृषिषाण वेधसः

pra ta āśvinīḥ pavamāna dhenavo divyā asṛgranpayasā dharīmaṇi | prāntarikṣātsthāvirīste asṛkṣata ye tvā mṛjantyṛṣiṣāṇa vedhasaḥ

Your mare-like milch-cows, O Pavamāna, the heavenly ones, have been released with their milk into the holding-place; the stout ones have been released for you from the midspace, (those) who cleanse you, O ṛṣi-sharpened one, the ordainers.

Fleet as swift steeds thy cows celestial have been poured, O Pavamana, with the milk into the vat. Sages who make thee bright, O friend whom Rishis love, have shed continuous streams from out the realm of air.

— tr. Ralph T.H. Griffith (1893)

SV 2 3101.2

उभयतः पवमानस्य रश्मयो ध्रुवस्य सतः परि यन्ति केतवः । यदी पवित्रे अधि मृज्यते हरिः सत्ता नि योनौ कलशेषु सीदति

ubhayataḥ pavamānasya raśmayo dhruvasya sataḥ pari yanti ketavaḥ | yadī pavitre adhi mṛjyate hariḥ sattā ni yonau kalaśeṣu sīdati

On both sides the rays of Pavamāna, of him who is fixed, his beacons go about; when the tawny one is rubbed clean upon the filter, he takes his seat in his womb, in the jars.

Compare with Ralph T.H. Griffith

The beams of Pavamana, sent from earth and heaven his ensigns who is ever stedfast, travel round. When on the sieve the golden-hued is cleansed he rests within the jars as one who seats him in his place.

— tr. Ralph T.H. Griffith (1893)

SV 2 3101.3

विश्वा धामानि विश्वचक्ष ऋभ्वसः प्रभोष्टे सतः परि यन्ति केतवः । व्यानशी पवसे सोम धर्मणा पतिर्विश्वस्य भुवनस्य राजसि

viśvā dhāmāni viśvacakṣa ṛbhvasaḥ prabhoṣṭe sataḥ pari yanti ketavaḥ | vyānaśī pavase soma dharmaṇā patirviśvasya bhuvanasya rājasi

All the abodes of the deft one, O all-seeing — the beacons of you who are lord go about (them); pervading, you flow clear, Soma, by (your) ordinance; as lord of all that exists you rule.

Compare with Ralph T.H. Griffith

O thou who seest all things, sovran as thou art and passing strong, thy rays encompass every form. Pervading with thy natural powers thou flowest on, and as the whole world's Lord, O Soma, thou art King.

— tr. Ralph T.H. Griffith (1893)
